  • The adjustable spring hinges featured here will close a door in a similar fashion to a chain type closer sprung closing action without checking action
  • If a controlled closing action is required then you should fit standard hinges and an overhead closer as featured elsewhere on our website
  • The self closing spring tension can be disengaged by the removal of a small grub screw, allowing the door to swing freely, if it is no longer required to be a fire resisting door
  • 30 minute fire rated
